The Thresholds Series
Carefully held seasonal group journeys for life’s endings, beginnings and in-between places.

Life is full of thresholds.
Some arrive in a single moment. Others unfold over months or even years. They ask us to leave the familiar behind before the new has fully revealed itself, and to live with uncertainty for a while.
The Thresholds Series offers seasonal journeys for those navigating life’s endings, beginnings and in-between places.
Through coaching, reflection, community and, where appropriate, microdosing, we create space to inhabit these passages with greater curiosity, courage and compassion.
Every threshold asks us to let go of something cherished, discover something hidden and become something we cannot yet imagine.
Thresholds are rarely comfortable. They loosen our grip on certainty, bring us into honest relationship with ourselves and invite us into unfamiliar territory.
Yet they can also be among life’s greatest teachers. When we slow down and pay attention, we may discover new possibilities for how we continue to live, love, lead and belong.
The Thresholds Series offers companionship through these in-between spaces: a carefully held blend of coaching, reflection, community, nature-based practices and, where appropriate, microdosing.
The medicine serves the journey, rather than the journey serving the medicine.
Together, we honour what is ending, listen for what is emerging and make room for what cannot yet be known.
The
Thresholds Series
Throughout the year, I offer four seasonal group journeys, each exploring a different movement within the natural cycle of change.
Together, they form a complete seasonal cycle. Each journey also stands alone, with its own emphasis, while being held within the same philosophy and approach.
Some participants may join for a single journey. Others may return over time, moving through more than one season as their lives continue to unfold.
Harvest & Letting Go (Now Gathering)
Autumn
Honouring endings, acknowledging loss, gathering what has been learned and making space for what is ready to be released.
Roots & Restoration
Winter
Restoring capacity, tending what lies beneath the surface and returning to what truly sustains us.
Emergence & Becoming
Spring
Listening for new growth, embracing uncertainty and becoming more fully ourselves.
Flowering & Belonging
Summer
Living with greater authenticity, connection and contribution, and discovering what it means to flourish in relationship with others and the wider living world.
The Next Journey
Harvest & Letting Go
Autumn 2026
A Seasonal Journey of Preparation, Shared Exploration and Integration
Live Group Gatherings — Thursdays
8 October–3 (or 10) December 2026
There are seasons when life asks us to pause before moving on. Autumn reminds us that every ending also holds a harvest: an invitation to gather what has been learned, honour what has shaped us and make space for what is ready to be released.
Harvest & Letting Go is for those navigating grief, change, transition, or the recognition that an old way of being has run its course.
Together, we will honour what is ending, notice what deserves to be carried forward and make space for what comes next—without needing to know what that will be.
The wider journey begins with an individual preparation conversation and continues beyond the live gatherings through reunion and integration.
Four invitations guide every Thresholds journey, with a different emphasis in each season.
Re-Member
Returning home to ourselves and gathering together the parts of us that may have become scattered through loss, stress or change.
Restore
Resting, regulating and tending what needs care, so that capacity can gradually return.
Reconnect
Deepening our relationship with ourselves, others, nature and what gives life meaning.
Release
Letting go of what has completed its work, so that something new has space to emerge.
How each
Thresholds journey
unfolds
Beginning before the group gathers and continuing beyond its close
Individual Preparation — a 90-minute one-to-one conversation before the group journey begins
Eight Live Group Gatherings — an opening gathering, six core thematic sessions and a closing gathering
Guided Reflection and Support — practices and tailored support between gatherings
Group Reunion — six to eight weeks after the closing gathering
Individual Integration — a final 90-minute one-to-one conversation after the group reunion
Microdosing as a Companion
Within The Thresholds Series, microdosing is one possible companion to the work, rather than the purpose of the journey. Coaching, reflection, community, nature-based practice and thoughtful integration are equally important.
Microdosing involves taking a very small amount of a psychedelic or other psychoactive substance, with the intention of remaining fully engaged in everyday life rather than entering a full psychedelic experience.
Research into microdosing is still evolving, and experiences vary considerably from person to person. Microdosing is not presented as treatment, a quick fix, or a substitute for appropriate medical or therapeutic care.
During your individual preparation conversation, we will explore whether microdosing feels appropriate for you and, if so, what approach—including which medicine, if any—might best support your intentions, circumstances and experience.
The medicine serves the journey, rather than the journey serving the medicine.
No prior experience is required. All work is educational and coaching-based. If you choose to microdose, medicines are sourced independently and are not supplied or administered as part of the programme.
Microdosing is not a requirement for taking part.
Investment in the complete journey
€1,500
Pay in full or in three instalments of €500
A small number of reduced-fee places are available where the full investment would be a barrier. Please speak with me to discuss.
An intentionally small and intimate group
Each Thresholds journey is limited to eight-ten participants, allowing space for every person to be known, supported and thoughtfully challenged throughout the journey.
The fee reflects the complete arc of the work—from individual preparation through the live group journey to reunion and final integration.
Your investment includes
• Two 90-minute individual conversations: preparation and final integration
• Eight live 90-minute group gatherings: an opening, six core thematic sessions and a closing
• Guided reflections and practices between gatherings
• Tailored support throughout the live group journey
• A group reunion six to eight weeks after the closing gathering
Your Thresholds Guide
Emma Pearson
For close to thirty years, I have worked with individuals, leaders, teams and organisations navigating personal and professional complexity, change and transformation.
I am an executive coach, organisational psychologist, grief companion, Journey Practitioner, and author of my upcoming memoir, “Still Fire Inside”. My work has also been shaped by profound experiences of love, loss, endings and renewal, alongside several years of study and practice in the thoughtful, responsible use of psychedelics and microdosing.
The Thresholds Series brings these strands together: coaching, grief literacy, systemic awareness, nature-based practice and psychedelic education. It offers a carefully held space for people navigating life’s endings, beginnings and in-between places.
I believe thresholds are neither problems to be solved nor passages to rush through. They are places to inhabit with curiosity, courage, compassion and community.
If our paths are meant to cross, I look forward to meeting you.
