Participation Agreement and Terms

By completing this purchase or registering for any offering with Emma Pearson / Kaleidoscope Development / Kaleidoscope Healing, you agree to the following:

1. Nature of the Work

All offerings are educational and coaching-based. They focus on reflection, practice, and integration rather than medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment. They are not a substitute for therapy or healthcare.

Some programmes may include themes of grief, transition, mortality, leadership, spirituality, or consciousness work. Where earth medicines, microdosing and psychedelics are discussed, the work remains educational and integration-oriented only.

2. Personal Responsibility

You remain fully responsible for your own physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being throughout this work. You agree to take care of yourself, to listen to your own boundaries, and to seek medical, psychological or other professional support if needed.

If you choose to engage personally with any substances, you acknowledge that such choices are your own and undertaken in accordance with your local laws and your own discernment.

3. Boundaries of the Work

Emma Pearson does not supply, source, prescribe, or administer any substances. The work offered is limited to coaching, education, and integration support.

4. Confidentiality and Respect

Everything shared in sessions or groups is held in confidence. You agree to respect the privacy of others and to keep any personal stories or materials shared by participants confidential. Emma Pearson will also treat what you share with care and discretion, within the limits of law and professional duty of care.

5. Payment and Refunds

You agree to pay the fee listed at checkout. Because this work involves reserving time and preparing a container for you, fees are generally non-refundable once we begin. If circumstances change or you need to reschedule, please make contact so that we can explore solutions with understanding and fairness.

6. Limits of Liability

You understand that reflective or inner work can evoke strong emotions or insights. You participate voluntarily and accept responsibility for your own process and outcomes. You release Emma Pearson / Kaleidoscope Development / Kaleidoscope Healing from liability for any direct or indirect outcomes of your participation, including decisions, practices, or interpretations you make following this work.

7. Emergencies and Crisis Support

These offerings do not provide emergency or crisis services. If you are in immediate danger or distress, please seek local emergency or crisis support resources.

8. Age and Consent

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and are voluntarily choosing to participate in this work.
